Ameriprise Buys HR Block's Financial Advising Business (HispanicBusiness.com)

Amerprise Financial will buy a big chunk of HR Block, the Minneapolis-based financial advice firm said today. Ameriprise will acquire HR Block Financial Advisors for $315 million. HR Block will retain its tax planning business.
