Nograles brother denies pocketing P100M Quedancor fee (GMA News)

MANILA, Philippines - A brother of House Speaker Prospero Nograles Jr. insisted on Friday he did not pocket some P100 million in fees for arranging a loan between the Land Bank of the Philippines and Quedancor for a failed swine program in 2004.
