Gov. Rendell Signs Package of Pa. Mortgage Reform Bills (KYW News Radio 1060)

Pennsylvania banking secretary Steven Kaplan says the cornerstone of the five-bill mortgage reform package signed into law by Governor Rendell will require that mortgage loan originators be licensed.
