Foreclosure Prevention Efforts on the Rise (KARK Little Rock)

Use of foreclosure prevention measures increased to a record level in December. A coalition of mortgage servicers, lenders and counselors says the number of mortgage loan modifications reached 122-thousand in December, compared to a previous high notched in October.
