Mortgage rates falling, but can you get a loan? (WBTV Charlotte)

SALISBURY, NC (WBTV) - Mortgage rates are falling in the US. This week interest rates for 15 and 30 year mortgages dropped to a five week low, that’s the good news, the tough part may be getting approved for a mortgage loan.
